Zoosnug Refund Policy

At Zoosnug, we are dedicated to providing products that help enhance your pet’s comfort and well-being. We believe in the quality and effectiveness of our products, which is why we encourage you to use them for at least 14 days before deciding to return. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 90 days of your order, please reach out to us at info@zoosnug.com.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once this window has passed, the order will have entered the processing stage, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you do cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident that our products will meet your expectations. To experience the full benefits of Zoosnug, we recommend using the product for a minimum of 14 days. If, after 14 days and within 90 days of receiving your order, you are still unsatisfied, you may return the product for a full refund. Please note, shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to avoid any damage during shipping. A product is considered damaged if it is defective or physically broken. Damaged packaging, such as dented boxes, is not considered a reason for return as long as the product is intact.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at info@zoosnug.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will offer you a replacement at no cost. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to fulfill your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside of our control, such as those caused by the courier, customs, or unforeseen shipping issues. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. Zoosnug is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If you notice an error, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we will not be able to offer a resend or refund.
