Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order once it’s placed. Your order is considered dispatched when it has been handed to the shipping carrier and is on its way to your address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Please keep in mind that during peak times or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays, and tracking updates may be slower than usual. International shipments may also face unexpected customs delays, which can affect the delivery time.
Order Changes and Shipping Details
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping details provided during checkout are accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delayed processing or order cancellation. If there are any system-detected issues with your shipping address, our customer support team will reach out within 3 business days to verify the details. If we don’t hear back from you, we may cancel your order.

Delayed Delivery
While we aim to process and ship all orders quickly, delays can occur due to reasons beyond our control. External factors, such as adverse weather, transportation disruptions, or issues with the courier service, can sometimes affect delivery times.
If your package is delayed, we’ll work with the courier service to get your package to you as soon as possible. Additionally, delays may arise from issues such as product availability, address verification, or payment processing. We will notify you promptly if any issues arise.
Please note that Zoosnug is not liable for delays caused by external circumstances, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. We will, however, keep you informed and offer any support we can to help resolve any issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once we hand your package over to the courier, it’s out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at info@zoosnug.com, and we’ll assist you as best as we can.
We recommend contacting the courier company directly to file a claim, as most have a process in place for lost or stolen packages. We will also follow up with the courier company on your behalf to keep you updated.
Please note that Zoosnug is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these situations are not covered by our refund policy. However, if the package cannot be located, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
In some cases, the courier may be able to locate and deliver the package. If the package is truly lost, we suggest filing a police report.
